Job summary

Karachaganak Petroleum Operating B.V. (KPO) seeks a Service Area Manager to oversee all service work in the assigned area. You will lead service technicians, dispatchers and administrators, driving financial performance and customer satisfaction within the region.

Passion for customer service, collaborative problem solving, tact and integrity are essential to this role, with a focus on growing key customer relationships and coordinating with sales and project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; technical field experience may substitute.
• Ability to represent Maxair to current and prospective customers.
• Excellent phone, written and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of HVAC and plumbing operations and suppliers.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Pass pre-employment drug screening and work in a drug-free environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual revenue and margin budgets.
• Manage direct reports and recruit for new hires.
• Coach and develop future leaders.
• Maintain customer relationships across the customer’s organization.
• Ensure accountability to performance metrics and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with service team leaders for optimal service delivery.
• Coordinate with Maxair sales to price and manage large service projects.
• Approve invoices for the assigned area.
• Address customer concerns promptly and cost-effectively.
• Support collections of past-due receivables.
