Qualifications

• 2+ years of security management experience
• Must be 21+ years old
• Willingness to work nights and weekends
• Ability to obtain St. Louis County Security License
• Excellent written, verbal, and computer skills
• Self-driven and resourceful with conflict resolution abilities

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and sustain key Security and Loss Prevention programs
• Manage compliance standards and documentation records
• Support and enforce Risk Management, Safety Initiatives and Security SOPs
• Ensure ongoing development of Security personnel to high performance
• Provide and coordinate departmental training for Safety, Security and Loss Prevention
• Coordinate with park management and key personnel on Security practices
• Analyze data/trends to drive performance improvements and reduce incidents
• Assist in developing department operating budget and manage expenditures
• Maintain Parkwide Document Retention program and related records
• Serve as Park Duty Manager as assigned
• Liaise with outside law enforcement and related organizations
• Oversee staffing functions including recruitment, scheduling and workforce planning
• Perform other duties as assigned
