Area Sales Manager - Rocky Mountains, Northern CA, Pacific NW, Remote

Join our team as an Area Sales Manager at Curtiss-Wright Corporation. This role focuses on Rugged Computing, Networking, and Recording Products within the Defense & Aerospace sectors.

Responsibilities include:

• Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities in the territory.
• Developing relationships with prime contractors, systems integrators, and program managers.
• Leading multi-level sales efforts, coordinating with internal teams to close deals ranging from small development projects to multi-million-dollar contracts.
• Traveling within the territory to meet clients and attend industry events.

Qualifications:

• Engineering degree (BS EE or Computer Science preferred).
• 5+ years selling computing, networking, or recording solutions in military, aerospace, or avionics markets.
• Strong technical knowledge of rugged systems and defense products.
• Proven success in program selling and managing long sales cycles.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to obtain a “SECRET” security clearance and willingness to travel.

Additional Information:

Location: Rocky Mountains, Northern CA, Pacific NW, Remote

Salary Range: $120,700 - $160,800 + bonus (based on experience and qualifications)
