Position: Director of Power System Business Department - Sales, Business Development and Operation

We are hiring a Sales Professional specializing in the Data Center industry!

LS Electric America Inc., a rapidly growing leader in the power distribution industry, is seeking motivated and dynamic Sales/Business Development Managers specialized in the Data Center industry to join our expanding team. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive strategic growth and build strong customer relationships within key U.S. regions, focusing on Medium and Low Voltage Switchgear, Transformers, and related power distribution solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute targeted strategies to accelerate business growth in new and existing markets for Medium and Low Voltage Switchgear, Transformers, and related products.
2. Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition to identify, attract, and onboard exceptional sales talent.
3. Provide mentorship and leadership to sales team members, fostering individual and collective success through tailored coaching and professional development.

Location and Open Positions:

• Ashburn, or Loudoun County, VA: 1 Position (Hybrid or Remote option available)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• At least 3 years of proven sales or business development experience, ideally within technology, industrial sectors, or power distribution equipment
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational capabilities with demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships

Must-have Experience:

• Sales expertise within Datacenter Industry

Preferred Experience:

• Sales expertise within Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), or Oil & Gas markets
• Proven track record in external sales with major distributors
