Job summary

DRB Homes, Dallas Division, Addison, TX, seeks an Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) to lead and support the sales team under the VP/Director of Sales & Marketing. You will supervise on-site staff, ensure policy compliance, and drive performance across communities.

Responsibilities include coaching staff to close sales, recruiting and mentoring, coordinating contracts and pricing guidelines, and partnering with marketing on campaigns. A real estate license is required by law.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Sales is required or equivalent experience.
• Five years of experience in new home sales is preferred; licensure as a Real Estate Agent may be required by law.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills; should be professional in appearance and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed division sales goals and coach staff to close sales.
• Oversee on-site sales staff across planned communities.
• Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and adherence to policies.
• Recruit, train, evaluate, mentor, and retain sales staff.
• Coordinate contract processes and ensure timely paperwork and pricing controls.
• Support marketing and advertising efforts and drive realtor outreach campaigns.
