Job summary

Managed Labor Solutions (MLS) is seeking an Area Manager to drive long-term market strategy by leading and developing a team of leaders to meet profit and sales goals. Reporting to a Regional Vice President, you will oversee district field sales and operations, focus on relationships with associates and customers, and stay ahead of industry trends to adjust district strategies.

You will monitor performance, manage P&L, and lead through a mobile workforce while fostering a positive customer

Qualifications

• 6+ years of leadership experience in operations and sales.
• Bachelor degree in Business or related field.
• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop, communicate and implement market vision and plans.
• Monitor monthly performance against plans and adjust accordingly.
• Oversee district P&L, expenses, profits, and losses.
• Lead, motivate and coach a mobile workforce to achieve KPI goals.
• Partner with national leaders to standardize best practices.
• Lead talent recruiting for direct reports.
• Maintain relationships with associates and customers.
