Area Sales Manager Sweden and Norway

Are you a driven and motivated sales professional with experience in the automotive industry and aftermarket? We are looking for an Area Sales Manager to help us expand our presence in Sweden and Norway. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a wide range of clients across the automotive and industrial sectors, including agriculture, forestry, and construction.

As part of our team, you will:

  • Be responsible for business development and account management across sectors such as passenger cars, 4x4, light commercial vehicles, and heavy trucks.
  • Develop strong, long-term relationships with our resale partners and support them in improving their sales performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and strategic initiatives, with a focus on 12V/24V lighting systems and related products.
  • Support the launch of new products, ensuring effective market penetration and alignment with customer needs.
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to strengthen our brand presence and build new connections in the market.
  • Provide technical support and training to both resellers and end-users.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has proven experience in sales within the automotive industry or aftermarket, particularly in 12V/24V lighting systems or industrial solutions.
  • Is skilled at identifying customer needs and delivering tailored technical solutions for a wide range of audiences, from professional users to end-consumers.
  • Excels at building strong customer relationships and achieving long-term sales goals.
  • Is fluent in Swedish and English (Norwegian is a plus).
  • Is self-motivated, results-driven, and ready to take ownership of a key role within our organization.
