Summary of the Job

We are seeking a talented Area Sales Manager to join our team. Preference given to applicants in the Houston, Texas area; remote options available for other listed states. The role involves deploying Gutor's global strategy, developing market opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer experience.

Main Responsibilities

• Formulate strategies to meet market demands and growth targets
• Map key customers and develop long-term relationships
• Perform technical and sales presentations
• Communicate Gutor's value proposition to technical teams
• Prepare technical and commercial quotations for various project stages
• Secure targeted projects and collaborate with international teams
• Share knowledge within the sales team and gather customer feedback
• Monitor market trends and competition to adjust sales tactics
• Use reporting tools for data tracking and business monitoring
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Required Qualifications

• Engineering or Business Degree
• 5 years of sales experience
• At least 1 year in Power Generation or Oil & Gas industry
• Results-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in English, both verbal and written
• Ability to operate in an international, multicultural environment

Position Details

• Full-time, salaried position, Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
