Chipr is seeking an Outside Sales Area Manager in Florida to lead a 8–12 person Home Solutions Experts team. You will drive field sales, recruit and train new hires, and report progress to regional leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of door-to-door sales experience.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• High School education or higher required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 8–12 Home Solutions Experts.
• Keep team engaged and motivated.
• Attend leadership meetings and report team numbers to senior leadership.
• Coordinate and lead weekly seller meetings.
• Assign and validate knocking territories using a loop-and-lap system in designated tools.
• Foster team culture through regular activities and events.
• Train and certify new hires to Chipr standards.
• Lead from the front initially, then coach for performance as the team scales.
• Drive daily engagement with the team on ground and in channels.
• Perform additional duties within scope as needed.
