Job summary

Lennar is seeking an Area Sales Manager in Pensacola, FL to lead a high-performing sales team and drive market growth. You will mentor New Home Consultants, oversee the sales department, and coordinate with the division to meet goals.

Expect extensive on-site leadership at communities and close collaboration with lenders to ensure timely closings. This role requires 5+ years in residential sales or real estate management, with strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in residential sales or sales management.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience working for a homebuilder in New Home Sales is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills along with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant sales management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, driving accountability and results.
• Mentor and develop New Home Consultants with clear goals and coaching.
• Foster a collaborative sales environment and drive market penetration.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback.
• Oversee all aspects of the sales department and adapt strategies by market.
• Visit communities weekly to lead on-site operations and engagement.
• Lead promotional events and organize community initiatives.
• Facilitate sales meetings and ensure alignment with corporate goals.
• Monitor mortgage statuses and manage timely closings with buyers and lenders.
• Collaborate with the Director of Sales to adjust market strategies.
