OSL Retail Services is seeking an Area /Territory Sales Lead to drive sales at Walmart Wireless locations across the region. This role requires exceptional customer service, strong communication, and the ability to travel to store locations with a valid vehicle.

You will manage relationships, stay current on products, and push for sales targets while earning a competitive base pay and an uncapped commission structure.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail or outside sales experience (e.g., door-to-door, solar, kiosk, brand ambassador).
• Proven track record of sales, excellent customer service, and personal accountability.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Personal vehicle and ability to travel to store locations during operational hours.
