OSL Retail Services is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Lead to drive performance across multiple Walmart Wireless locations. You will manage store-level relationships, train staff, and execute our sales process to exceed targets.

The role requires evening and weekend availability, a valid personal vehicle, and the ability to travel between store sites within the region. The position offers uncapped commissions with a lucrative total earnings potential and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years in retail or outside sales.
• Proven sales and customer service track record.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.
• Must have a personal vehicle and be able to travel to store locations.
