OSL Retail Services is seeking an Area/Territory Sales Lead to champion sales at the store level across approximately 4 Walmart Wireless locations. This role focuses on driving sales, building customer rapport, and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge.

The position offers an uncapped commission structure with earnings potentially totaling $45K-$55K per year and more based on performance, plus benefits and travel opportunities. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail or outside sales experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Personal vehicle and ability to travel to store locations during operational hours.
