Job summary

OSL Retail Services is seeking an Area/Territory Sales Lead to champion sales at the store level across multiple Walmart Wireless locations. You will drive revenue, build relationships with customers, and partner with store teams to exceed targets.

This is a full-time role with an uncapped commission structure and comprehensive benefits. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of retail or outside sales experience, strong communication and presentation skills, and a willingness to travel to stores

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail or outside sales experience.
• Proven sales track record with strong customer service.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Available evenings and weekends; own vehicle for store visits.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and surpass location targets while delivering great customer experiences.
• Manage time effectively across multiple locations to maximize profitability.
• Master sales KPIs and execute the sales process to hit targets.
