Job summary

OSL Retail Services is hiring Area/Territory Sales Leads to support approximately 4 Walmart Wireless locations. You will drive store sales, deliver great customer experiences, and travel between locations in the area.

This role rewards performance with an uncapped commission structure and generous benefits. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of retail or outside sales experience, strong communication skills, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail or outside sales experience (e.g., door-to-door, solar, kiosk, brand ambassador)
• Proven track record of sales, excellent customer service, and personal accountability
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
• Personal vehicle and ability to travel to store locations during operational hours
