OSL Retail Services is seeking an Area/Territory Sales Lead to champion sales at the store level across approximately 4 Walmart Wireless locations in the region. You will drive sales, manage time across locations, and master KPI targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years in retail or outside sales, a proven sales track record, strong communication skills, and a willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail or outside sales experience (e.g., door-to-door, solar, kiosk, brand ambassador).
• Proven track record of sales, excellent customer service, and personal accountability.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Personal vehicle and ability to travel to store locations during operational hours.
