Tuff Shed, Inc. is seeking an Area Sales & Design Specialist to drive growth and provide expert design guidance at assigned Home Depot stores within a territory.

You will work on-site, manage relationships with store leaders, leverage customer traffic to generate leads, and run weekend events. The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and the ability to work independently, with mentoring from regional leaders.

Qualifications

• Availability to work on-site at Home Depot stores with weekends and evenings.
• Proven relationship-building skills.
• Current valid driver's license and satisfactory MVR.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and provide design consultations on-site at Home Depot.
• Manage a sales pipeline and coordinate lead-generating events.
• Partner with Home Depot leaders on updates, merchandising and displays.
• Build relationships and communicate product knowledge effectively.
