Job summary

Tuff Shed Inc. is hiring an Area Sales & Design Specialist to drive sales growth and provide expert design consultation at assigned Home Depot stores within a defined territory.

You will partner with store leadership, leverage customer traffic and events to generate leads, and maintain compelling product displays. This on-site role requires weekend work and a customer-focused, self-directed professional who can train others and share knowledge while delivering strong sales performance.

Qualifications

• Availability to work standard retail hours, including weekends, holidays and some evenings.
• Proven relationship building skills.
• Current valid driver's license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and provide exceptional design consultation at Home Depot stores to customers.
• Manage relationships with Home Depot store leaders and associates within assigned territory.
• Plan, coordinate and execute lead-generating events and leverage event sales.
• Work independently and build relationships with customers and store personnel.
• Train others and communicate product knowledge effectively.
