Job summary

Tuff Shed, Inc. is seeking an Area Sales & Design Specialist to drive sales growth and provide expert design consultation for clients at Home Depot stores within a defined territory. The role requires weekend availability and strong relationship-building with store leadership and associates.

You will manage a sales pipeline, plan events to generate leads, and train others on product knowledge while ensuring displays and signage are current and presentable.

Qualifications

• Availability to work standard retail hours, including weekends, holidays and some evenings.
• Proven relationship building skills
• Current valid driver's license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and provide design consultation services to clients.
• Work on-site at assigned Home Depot stores within a territory, managing relationships with store leaders and associates.
• Leverage Home Depot traffic to generate leads and sales; manage a sales pipeline.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute lead-generating events and store activities.
• Provide training and share product knowledge with others.
• Maintain and update displays and signage; partner with Home Depot leaders on updates.
