Community Access Services is seeking an Area Relief Direct Support Professional to support adults with IDD across multiple residential programs in Marion County, Oregon. The role requires flexibility to cover day, swing, overnight shifts and weekends, with the option to work at different locations as needed.

The AR DSP provides person-centered care, assists with daily living activities, medication administration, and community participation while maintaining safety and quality of care across

Qualifications

• Experience in a direct care role and with individuals with disabilities.
• Must be 18+ with a HS diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet driving requirements.
• Ability to pass a national background check.
• Reliable with ability to work across multiple locations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities such as cooking, personal care, hygiene, and household tasks.
• Support community outings, appointments, recreation, and personal goals.
