Job summary

The N2 Company is seeking an Area Director to launch, grow, and lead a Stroll publication in your local market. You’ll build partnerships, feature residents and stories, and develop a recurring revenue stream through a proven framework.

You’ll follow a clear launch plan, establish your territory, and grow a business with your name on it. This hybrid role combines in-person networking with a home office setup.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• US resident required.
• Ability to operate a home-based business in local market.

Responsibilities

• Meet with local business owners to build long-term advertising partnerships.
• Help local businesses reach households in the neighborhoods served.
• Connect with residents to capture authentic stories reflecting the community.
• Manage territory, sales pipeline, and publication operations using N2’s tools and processes.
• Partner with N2’s national team for design, production, training, and ongoing support.
• Lead your publication’s growth as the face of Stroll in your market.
