The N2 Company seeks an Area Director to launch, grow, and lead a Stroll publication in your local market. You’ll build partnerships with local business owners, feature residents and stories, and grow a recurring revenue stream.

If selected, you’ll follow a clear launch plan to establish your territory, build a client base, and grow a business under your name with national support. This hybrid role blends in-person relationship building with a home office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• US resident status required.
• Ability to operate a home-based business with local community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Meet with local business owners to build long-term advertising partnerships.
• Help local businesses reach homeowners in the neighborhoods you serve.
• Connect with residents to capture authentic stories reflecting each community.
• Manage your territory, sales pipeline, and publication operations using N2’s tools and processes.
• Partner with N2’s national team for design, production, training, and ongoing support.
• Lead your publication’s growth as the face of Stroll in your market.
