Job summary

The N2 Company is seeking Area Directors to launch, grow, and lead a Stroll publication in your market. You’ll build local partnerships, feature residents and businesses, and grow a recurring revenue stream, with nationwide support and a clear launch plan.

This hybrid role combines in-person relationship building with your home office, offering freedom to shape your schedule and income while owning a business you build in your community.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• US resident.
• Ability to operate a home-based business with local community engagement.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative sales instincts.
• Self-motivated with a proactive, coachable mindset.

Responsibilities

• Meet with local business owners to build long-term advertising partnerships.
• Help local businesses reach homeowners in the neighborhoods you serve.
• Connect with residents to capture authentic stories reflecting each community.
• Manage your territory, sales pipeline, and publication operations using N2's tools and processes.
• Partner with N2's national team for design, production, training, and ongoing support.
• Lead your publication's growth as the face of Stroll in your market.
