Job summary

The N2 Company is seeking Area Directors to launch, grow and lead a Stroll publication in your market. You’ll build partnerships with local business owners, feature residents, and grow a recurring revenue stream while representing the brand in your community.

This hybrid role combines in-person outreach with a home-office setup. You’ll follow a clear launch plan, grow your turf, and build a business with your name on it, backed by national support.

Qualifications

• Strong consultative sales instincts and ability to build relationships with local business owners.

Responsibilities

• Meet with local business owners to build long-term advertising partnerships.
• Help local businesses reach homeowners in the neighborhoods you serve.
• Connect with residents to capture authentic stories reflecting community heart.
• Manage your territory, sales pipeline, and publication operations using N2's tools and processes.
• Partner with N2's national team for design, production, training, and ongoing support.
• Lead your publication's growth as the face of Stroll in your market.
