The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of property management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a thorough understanding of Fair Housing laws. A full-time schedule with travel between properties is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of property management experience, preferable in a multi-site or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws and landlord/tenant regulations.
• Experience in managing property financials and budgets.
• Reliable transportation is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple properties.
• Support property budgets and review financial reports.
• Supervise and mentor Leasing Agents and site teams.
• Collaborate on marketing strategies and monitor occupancy trends.
• Ensure compliance with laws and oversee audits.
• Partner with maintenance teams on work orders and vendor contracts.
