Job summary

Meta seeks an experienced Area Program Delivery Director for our Data Center Engineering & Construction team in Oklahoma City. You will lead a large onsite team and external partners to deliver a mega AI-enabled campus, ensuring uptime, capacity, and capital efficiency while managing safety, quality, and cost.

You will drive strategic vision, align stakeholders, develop the core team, and oversee vendor relationships to deliver this high-stakes project on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in project planning and construction management.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Experience with US/EMEA contract delivery methods.
• Experience with the design and deployment of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience managing direct employees, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Experience with greenfield site development and ground-up projects.
• Experience with building codes and health and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic vision for the project and site team and interface with internal and external teams.
• Own and drive value through partnerships, teamwork, and growth.
• Maintain visibility across multiple teams and external partners.
• Provide coaching and input to assure predictable delivery and success.
• Coordinate stakeholder requirements through early turnover of project phases.
• Manage owner/vendor relationships with GC, cabling partners, consultants and trade partners.
• Negotiate contracts and change orders to maximize value for Meta.
• Monitor delivery, KPI adherence, and budget status.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships for collaborative execution.
• Foster a safety-focused culture across all teams.
• Maintain robust communications and influence partner strategy.
