Job summary

Diamond Parking Service in Seattle seeks an Area/Facility Supervisor to ensure effective daily operations of parking stations and facilities. You will work with management on contracts, audits, safety, and client relations while supervising and training staff as needed.

The role is hourly, non-exempt, with pre-approved overtime; in-person work at facilities. Must have 2–3 years experience, a GED or high school diploma, and proficient MS Office skills.

Qualifications

  • Must have a high school diploma or GED.
  • 2–3 years related experience or training with increasing responsibility.
  • Able to read, write, and comprehend instructions and memos.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Provide courteous, professional relationships with customers, vendors, and staff.
  • Meet and exceed terms of location contracts.
  • Assist with hiring, supervision, retention, and termination of employees.
  • Train associates in customer service, procedures, time card completion, and safety.
  • Conduct field audits to ensure revenue procedures are followed and accounted for.
  • Ensure OSHA and safety standards are met and locations are compliant.
  • Process accounts payable/receivable with manager and manage expenses.
  • Maintain client/landlord relations and actively market for growth.
  • Ensure reliable transportation and maintain professional appearance on duty.
