• Maintains quality and safety by training associates on logistics policies and procedures.
• Supervises and develops associates by assigning duties and monitoring performance.
• Manages maintenance and installation of systems hardware and software and tracks inventory.
• Troubleshoots systems applications with IS division and vendors.
• Provides guidance on information best practices and builds stakeholder relationships.
