Qualifications

• Supervisory experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR or Logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee staffing and scheduling to meet facility goals.
• Identify and address associate, customer, and supplier concerns; coordinate corrective actions.
• Monitor productivity and analyze reports to improve performance and efficiency.
• Train and develop associates; support hiring, coaching and evaluations.
• Oversee systems hardware/software installation, repairs and inventory of components.
• Collaborate with IS and vendors on system issues and applications.
