You will engage the team during shifts and align operations across First/ Middle/ Last mile workflows to meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities include mentoring staff, coordinating with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, QA, and HR; lifting up to 49 pounds; standing for long shifts; and adapting to variable conditions

Formación

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years Amazon experience.
• Work a flexible schedule including weekends/nights/holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, QA, HR to meet objectives
