• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, HR to develop plans
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for up to 12 hours
• Work in environments with variable temperatures and noise levels
• Navigate multiple shifts to meet business objectives
• Lead site onboarding and escalation processes
