Amazon.com Services LLC is hiring an Area Manager in Daytona Beach, FL. You will lead a team of hourly workers, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time customer deliveries across First/Middle/Last mile operations.

You will collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, and HR to meet business goals and continuously improve performance. The role requires 2+ years in people management, a flexible schedule including weekends/nights/holidays, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or

Qualifications

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Bachelor's degree or International Equivalent, OR 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience, OR 6+ years of Military Experience.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, Human Resources to meet business objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
• Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts.
• Work in varying noise levels and temperatures, including outside loading areas.
• Climb and descend stairs where applicable.
