Qualifications

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and nights.
• 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience.
• Experience managing a team of 20+ employees.
• Experience with process improvements (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma).
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain/Logistics.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, HR to meet objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and perform required physical tasks.
• Stand/walk for long shifts and adapt to loud environments.
• Work in varied temperatures and weather at delivery sites.
• Climb stairs when required and adjust to site layouts.
• Work a flexible schedule including weekends and nights.
