Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking an Operations Manager for the DMV area to lead a dedicated team, hire, train and develop site cleaners and team leaders, and ensure client satisfaction.

The role covers 25+ client buildings, Monday–Friday schedule, with competitive salary and benefits including health insurance and mileage allowance, within a culture of growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a leadership role within cleaning services or janitorial operations.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and develop site cleaners and team leaders to ensure high performance.
• Oversee operations and maintain quality standards across 25+ client buildings/locations.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets established standards.
• Foster strong customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
