Job summary

Iron Oak Energy Solutions seeks an Area Coordinator in Kermit, TX to lead and coordinate maintenance and quality activities in a production area of the plant. You will plan maintenance, review input/output quality specs, and drive downtime analysis while prioritizing work orders.

You will guide repairs of heavy equipment, monitor KPIs, and act as liaison between maintenance and production to optimize outputs and reliability in a shale-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering plus 3 years of related experience.
• Experience with process improvement and yield optimization.
• Experience with production planning and KPI evaluation.
• Experience with preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance of heavy equipment.
• Familiarity with HMI and Ignition OS and production reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead operational, quality, process, and maintenance activities for a production area.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance; maintain equipment history and KPIs.
• Lead root cause analysis and report downtime; perform daily area inspections and create work orders.
• Lead repairs and preventive maintenance of heavy industrial machinery at the mine site; analyze performance of key equipment.
• Serve as liaison between maintenance and production to prioritize and coordinate work.
