Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification in an industrial field with 1 year supervisory maintenance experience, or a related bachelor’s degree.
• Or 2 years Walmart Logistics maintenance experience including six months leading a team.
• Or 2 years supervisory experience in an industrial setting with 1 year in maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Communicate goals and manage staffing and scheduling to achieve facility goals.
• Monitor productivity and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders in area of responsibility.
• Manage maintenance department operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Handle financial aspects such as expenses and budgets.
