Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking an Area Operations Leader in Dallas, TX to oversee the operations processes across multiple customer centers. This role will lead service coordination, daily process management, and ensure customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 7-10 years of experience in industrial products, with strong leadership and management skills to drive continuous improvement and maintain safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the industrial product space.
• Experience in hiring, developing, and managing a diverse workforce.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the order management process for improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales on contract terms and order processing.
• Ensure optimal customer experience and technician productivity.
• Visit customers regularly to understand process challenges.
• Attract, coach, counsel, train and develop inside sales employees.
• Proactively manage workforce and employee skill sets.
• Maximize cash flow through efficient invoicing and budget management.
• Create standard work processes and ensure compliance.
