All-Pro Auto Reconditioning is seeking an Area Operations Manager to lead multiple Birmingham-area stores. You will oversee daily operations, ensure safety and quality standards, and drive customer satisfaction across the region.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Previous management experience required.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• College degree preferred.
• Proficient in Mac OS, Microsoft Office.
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all area stores.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Attend weekly meetings with Regional Operations Manager & Operations Managers.
• Monitor store performance and ensure safety standards.
• Ensure proper budgeting and staffing to meet demand.
• Prepare monthly reports and communicate findings to Regional Operations Manager.
