Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership/management experience in construction or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required.
• Experience with project scheduling and budget management is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Dropbox, and construction management software.
• Ability to build relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Valid driver’s license and insured personal vehicle for daily use.
• Able to lift and transport materials (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
• Successful completion of drug and background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Inspire: Manage and motivate Field Managers and Technicians to meet timelines and ensure high-quality installations.
• Customer Relationships: Build and maintain professional relationships with key customers and trade partners.
• Operational Oversight: Coordinate field operations across multiple projects and align workload.
• Project Management: Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address challenges.
• Budget & Schedule Management: Oversee schedules and ensure on-time, on-budget project completion.
• Technology Integration: Use BOLT and other tools to track real-time updates and audit progress.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety standards on-site and uphold company safety commitments.
