Job summary

Stier Supply Company seeks an Area Operations Manager to lead field operations across multiple residential installation projects in the Bluffton, SC area. You will guide Field Managers and Technicians, maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure projects run on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership/management experience in construction or related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience with project scheduling and budget management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Inspire: Manage and motivate a team of Field Managers and Field Technicians to meet project timelines and maintain superior quality on all installations.
• Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with key customers, builders, and trade partners, ensuring smooth project execution and prompt resolution of any issues.
• Operational Oversight: Coordinate field operations across multiple projects, ensuring that all teams are strategically aligned and workload is efficiently distributed.
• Project Management: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure installations meet company standards, and address any challenges head-on.
• Budget & Schedule Management: Oversee scheduling and ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Technology Integration: Use BOLT and other tools to track real-time project updates, review schedule changes, and audit the progress of your teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Safety & Compliance: Maintain Stier Supply Company's commitment to safety and enforce all safety standards on-site.
