Stier Supply Company in Bluffton, SC seeks an Area Operations Manager to lead field operations, ensure top-quality installations, and protect margins. You will manage Field Managers and Technicians, foster customer relations, and maintain safety standards across projects.

This role emphasizes budgeting, scheduling, and cross-project coordination, with training travel to NC/SC/GA markets. A vehicle, weekly pay, and benefits accompany the opportunity to grow within a family-run enterprise.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership/management experience in construction or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required.
• Experience with project scheduling and budget management is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Dropbox, and construction management software.
• Ability to build relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Valid driver’s license and insured personal vehicle for daily use.
• Able to lift and transport materials (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
• Successful completion of drug and background screenings.

• Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety standards on-site and uphold company safety commitments.

TheArea Operations Manageris responsible for safety, quality, team leadership and customer satisfaction. What You’ll Do

• Budget & Schedule Management:Oversee scheduling and ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Technology Integration: Use BOLT and other tools to track real-time project updates, review schedule changes, and audit the progress of your teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Safety & Compliance: Maintain Stier Supply Company’s commitment to safety and enforce all safety standards on-site.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 2 years of leadership/management experience, preferably in construction or a related field
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail
• Experience with project scheduling and budget management is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Dropbox, and construction management software
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with internal teams and external partners
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable insured personal vehicle for daily use
• Ability to lift and transport materials (50+ lbs) on a repetitive basis
• Successful completion of drug and background screenings
