Job summary

You will manage Field Technicians, build strong customer relationships with builders, enforce safety standards, and coordinate multi-project workloads across markets with 4-week training provided and ongoing career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership/management experience preferred.
• Ability to manage internal and external relationships.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Microsoft Office, and Dropbox.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Field Technicians to complete daily tasks in new residential neighborhoods.
• Establish strong relationships with customers and builders.
• Ensure safety standards are followed and installations meet quality.
• Plan and organize teams to meet deadlines within budget.
• Monitor progress on job sites to ensure correct installation.
