Wal-Mart Stores East, LP is seeking a Logistics Supervisor in Searcy, AR. This role involves communicating with customers, suppliers, and associates, implementing staffing and scheduling plans, and driving productivity to meet facility goals.

You will monitor quality and safety, ensure training compliance, and identify and resolve concerns. The position emphasizes integrity, teamwork, and delivering customer value daily.

Formación

• Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field OR 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience OR 2 years Walmart Logistics experience OR 2 years supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (e.g., customers, suppliers, associates).
• Implement the business plan for area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals.
• Monitor and manage productivity by preparing, reviewing and/or analyzing business reports.
• Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on Logistics and company policies, monitoring compliance, and maintaining procedures.
• Identify associate, customer, and/or supplier concerns and take corrective action or make recommendations to resolve.
• Supervise and develop associates by assigning duties, monitoring performance, and providing feedback; participate in hiring, promotion, coaching, and evaluation.
