You will oversee a team, handle capital investments, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, delivering reliable and safe operations in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of safety programs and policies.
• Management of multiple locations across states.
• Ability to develop operating budgets for each site.
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance in industrial settings.
• Project management for capital projects.
• Knowledge of truck, rail, and barge logistics.
• Lead employees across locations with servant leadership.
• Experience with material handling and silo storage.
• Willingness to travel regularly.
• Ability to work under pressure without direct supervision.
• 5+ years in cement industry or related field.
