Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 10+ years experience in bulk/gas industry or equivalent production experience.
• FDA, OSHA, DOT, EPA and Hazardous Materials experience.
• Audits, SOP training and regulatory compliance experience.
• Monthly progress updates with senior leadership.
• Ability to read analyses and interpret regulations.
• Must travel up to 20% with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates production, lab, and distribution departments.
• Plan production operations and establish priorities.
• Resolve operational, manufacturing, and maintenance issues.
• Develop and revise standard operating practices with leaders.
• Oversee cylinder inventory and vendor compliance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with hazmat, DOT, FDA, etc.
• Manage plant facilities managers and distribution managers.
• Other duties as required by the business.
