Job summary

ABM Technical Solutions in Phoenix, AZ seeks an Area Operations General Manager to lead our Building & Energy Solutions business in the region. The ideal candidate will drive ops excellence, shape culture, and ensure seamless integration between sales and operations across the area.

You will report to the Regional Vice President and will be responsible for the area’s sales, operations, and profit and loss, delivering profitable, high-impact outcomes for ABM’s customers and engaged teams.

• Lead ABM Building & Energy Solutions operations in the Phoenix, AZ region.
• Align sales and operations to create a winning, profitable operation.
• Develop an engaged team culture and execute strategic initiatives.
• Oversee the area’s sales, operations, and profit/loss with accountability to the Regional Vice President.
