Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3–6 years of related management experience in human services.
• Master's degree in Human Services or equivalent as required by state.
• Licensure as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership including direct supervision of Program Directors; works with regional support team; oversees area safety and workers’ compensation implementation.
• Hires Program Directors in consultation with the Regional Director and Talent Acquisition teams; collaborates on hiring Program Supervisors.
• Oversees system for program planning; monitors delivery of services to meet standards; ensures services are engaging and relevant.
• Monitors scheduling, overtime dashboards, and employee utilization for efficient coverage.
• Responsible for financial performance of the area, reviews statements, oversees purchasing, and ensures billing and documentation accuracy.
• Manages referrals, census dashboards, admissions/discharges/trends, and relationships with case managers and partners.
• Implements growth strategies to increase census and program starts; supports new program development and potential acquisitions.
• Maintains relationships with stakeholders, government relations, and customer service standards.
