Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong business leader capable of autonomous work and problem solving.
• At least 3 years of multi-unit restaurant management or at least 5 years in restaurant management.
• Proven coaching/training experience.
• P&L analysis/management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Full-Service Multi Unit experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and improving restaurant sales and profitability through efficient operations and visits.
• Assisting with weekly projections and analysis of financial performance.
• Developing plans for improvement to maximize results.
• Managing and leading a restaurant management team to maintain guest satisfaction through safe, clean, high-quality operations.
• Protecting the Brand and health and welfare of guests and employees through compliant practices.
• Driving sales at the restaurant level through local marketing tactics and team leadership.
• Building a team of high-performing Restaurant Managers and maximizing operations excellence at the restaurant level.
• Working with Restaurant Managers to optimize sales by addressing customer feedback, food safety and audits.
• Preparing and conducting annual reviews for members of the store management team.
