Job summary

Fellowship of Christian Athletes in Madison, Wisconsin seeks a Director to grow the ministry through prayer, staffing, and funding. You will align with the Regional VP, staff and boards to fulfill the FCA Mission and live FCA Values by executing a ministry plan.

Leading in the Sports Environments, you will advance ministry initiatives, recruit and develop staff and volunteers, and supervise donor engagement and budgeting to expand FCA’s reach.

Qualifications

• Lead and provide spiritual leadership for staff, volunteers, coaches and athletes.
• Develop and execute a ministry plan in alignment with FCA values.
• Oversight of recruiting, training, and development of staff and volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Agree with and abide by FCA's Christian Community Statement.
• Lead spiritual rhythm with daily prayer and Bible study to seek the Lord's will.
• Oversee donor, talent, and board advancement initiatives.
• Coach and mobilize staff and volunteers to multiply disciples.
• Manage budget and funding plans to grow FCA ministry.
