Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering or technical field.
• 4+ years of progressive responsibilities and experience in operations leadership.
• Experience directly overseeing 50+ hourly employees.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates empathy and Gemba with production employees to listen and solve problems.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles to meet global standards and improve processes.
• Use performance data to predict indicators, identify opportunities and deliver solutions.
• Lead KPI development and ensure department objectives align with business goals.
• Maintain stability by focusing on inputs, processes and outputs.
• Drive continuous improvement by removing roadblocks and supporting problem resolution.
• Collaborate with SMEs across functions to drive innovation and timely solutions.
• Lead transformation and change management efforts.
• Develop organizational capability through coaching and Leaders as Teachers at all levels.
• Participate in talent strategies to build high performing, diverse teams.
